Our pupils' wellbeing has never been more important in these challenging times. The PSHE curriculum at Eastbrook places a high priority on this aspect of our children's development and we also appreciate that parents may need additional ideas and resources to support their children at home.  In this section we will add regular wellbeing videos created by members of the Eastbrook team, sharing activities to help maintain a positive mindset. Following those are a selection of links to appropriate websites to help pupils and parents.

Singing is known to help you feel good. Join Sing Up every Tuesday at 9 am for the Feel Good Fifteen.
